Viewing Event Points

Most actions and events that occur within Callproof can be assigned a point value. These points are earned by Sales Rep each time the action occurs. Reports and Sales Rep rankings can be created to motive your team.

To change the point values, click on Point Values from the Home tab on the Navigation Bar.

Navigation: Home → Settings & Customization → Event Points

1. Log in to your CallProof account.
2. From the main navigation bar, hover over Home.
3. In the Settings & Customization section of the drop-down menu, click Event Points.
4. The Event Points page opens.
5. View the list of available event points.
6. The page displays all configured event points and their details.

Navigation: Home → Settings & Customization → Event Points

1. Log in to your CallProof account.
2. From the main navigation bar, hover over Home.
3. In the Settings & Customization section of the drop-down menu, click Event Points.
4. The Event Points page opens.
5. Locate the event point that you want to edit.
6. Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the event point.
7. The Edit Event Point page opens.
8. # To add a new event point, click the Add button. A new event point is added automatically.
9. To remove an existing event point, click the Delete button next to the event point.
10. To update the event type icon, click the Event Type Icon image, choose the image, and click the Update button.
11. The event point is updated successfully.

Changing Points and Icons for an Event

Event Points shows an index of all actions that can be assigned points.

To change the value, click on the icon, Event Type, or Notepad for the item to update.

To change the icon, choose a file to upload and click Update.

To change the point value, delete any points under "Event Points for [Event]". Then, add the new value.

If you want to remove points from an Event, edit the Event and Delete any points assigned.
