Sign in options
What are Sign in options?
Sign in options are the ways you can log into the CallProof mobile app. Choose email and password, or use Google, Apple, or Microsoft—as long as that account email matches your CallProof user email.
Open the CallProof app → Login screen Choose one of the sign-in methods below.
Using Sign in options
- Open the CallProof app and go to the Login screen.
- Choose a method:
- Optionally turn on Remember Login before signing in.
- Complete any 2FA / OTP step if your account requires it.
- After success, the app opens Mobile Home.
Features include
- Email and Password – Sign in with the email and password created for your CallProof account.
- Google sign in – Sign in with your Google account. The Google email address must match the email address associated with your CallProof account.
- Apple sign in – Sign in with your Apple ID. The Apple account email must match the email address registered with your CallProof account.
- Microsoft sign in – Sign in with your Microsoft account. The Microsoft account email must match the email address associated with your CallProof account.
Note: Social sign-in emails must match your CallProof account email. Existing users should use Login, not Sign Up. Some companies may also offer Cisco Duo / corporate SSO when enabled.
