Dashboard
Dashboard → Dashboard (/dash/rep/) is the main activity home page. It summarizes how much work was done in a selected date range—events, outbound calls, tasks, appointments, and emails—so reps can check their own performance and managers can review a user or market at a glance.
It lets the user:
Set a start and end date and refresh the stats. (Managers / market managers) Filter by active or inactive user or market, and optionally show inactive users. See count tiles for Total Events, Outbound Calls, Tasks, Appointments, and Emails. Open a graph for each metric or jump to the details list (Events, Call History, Followups, Appointments, Email Settings). Review related dashboard content such as rankings and recent activity loaded on the page. If the company does not use the newer events dashboard, opening this page sends the user to Events (/dash/events/) instead.
Events
Activity and events are recorded within Callproof and can be see on the Events page. This is also seen on the mobile app. View team activity history in CallProof. Events show actions such as calls, emails, appointments, tasks, event forms, and opportunity updates linked to accounts.

Task Stages
Give managers one place to define and manage the task pipeline. Stages control how tasks are grouped on the Task Board, what each column means (In Progress, Not Completed, or Completed), and how the funnel looks with colors—so the whole team follows the same workflow.
