What are Accounts?

Accounts Page
Accounts Menu

Accounts are your company contacts in CallProof. From the Accounts screen, you can find, view, and manage the businesses you work with—search them, filter them, and take action on each account.

Depending on your security settings, you may see all accounts or only the accounts assigned to you. Allow location access when prompted for better sort and map results; CallProof uses this to show distance and nearby accounts.

Using Accounts

Use the search bar to find an account by company name or other selected search fields. Open filters to choose which fields to search, sort results (for example Closest To Me, Need to Contact, or Recently Contacted), and narrow by account type or custom fields. Switch between All Accounts and Only My Accounts as needed.

Each result shows the company name, address, and related details. Tap an account to open more options—call, message, email, start an appointment, add to a route, fill out event forms, add notes, or view and edit the account. Use the map icon to plot accounts on the map, and the add button to create a new account.

Steps

  1. Open the Accounts tab.
  2. Use the search bar to find accounts by company name or other selected search fields.
  3. Open Filters to choose which fields to search, how to sort, account type, custom fields, and All Accounts vs Only My Accounts.
  4. Browse results—each row shows company name, address, distance, last contacted, and related details.
  5. Use quick actions on a row, or open More for the full menu.
  6. Use the map icon to plot accounts, and the add button to create a new account.
