Member Detail

What is Member Detail?

Member Detail is the teammate profile screen in Teams. It shows a rep’s photo, role, live status, streak, sales goal progress, and activity stats for a selected date range.

Use it to review performance, see what a teammate is doing right now, and contact them by call, SMS, or async video message.

How to navigate

Mobile HomeTeams → tap a teammate (manager view) or open member from list/grid Opens Member Detail screen.

Using Member Detail

Callproof Mobile App Member details page
  1. Open Teams.
  2. Select a teammate to open Member Detail.
  3. Review profile, status, streak, and sales goal at the top.
  4. Use Call, Message, or Video to contact the teammate (not shown on your own profile).
  5. Change Date Range to update activity stats.
  6. Swipe the activity carousel to view metrics like calls, appointments, and follow-ups.
  7. Tap Back to return to Teams.

Features include

  • Profile header – Teammate photo, name, and job title/role.
  • Real-time status – Live activity such as Idle, On Call, or In Appointment.
  • Badge – Achievement badge shown on the member profile.
  • Streak – Consecutive activity streak in days.
  • Sales Goal – Goal progress ring with percentage and target value.
  • Call member – Call the teammate’s phone number.

Profile header

What is Profile header?

The profile header is the top card on Member detail showing the teammate’s identity.

How to navigate

Teams → select teammate → Member Detail (top card)

Using Profile header

  1. Open Member Detail for a teammate.
  2. View profile photo, name, and title/role.
  3. Use this section as the main identity block before taking action.

Features include

  • Profile photo – Teammate image from CallProof/Teams.
  • Name – Full teammate name.
  • Title / role – Job title or role label (for example Sales Associate).
  • Profile card layout – Groups identity info with status and actions.

Real-time status

What is Real-time status?

Real-time status shows what the teammate is doing right now in the field (for example Idle, On Call, or In Appointment).

How to navigate

Using Real-time status

  1. Open Member Detail.
  2. Read the colored status label on the profile card.
  3. Use it to know if the teammate is available, on a call, or in an appointment.

Features include

  • Status text – Current activity label (defaults to Idle if none).
  • Color-coded pill – Background/text colors reflect status type.
  • Live visibility – Helps managers and teammates coordinate outreach.

Badge

What is Badge?

Badge displays an achievement icon on the teammate’s Member Detail profile.

How to navigate

Using Badge

  1. Open Member Detail.
  2. View the badge image near the profile photo.
  3. Use it as a quick visual for rep achievements/gamification.

Features include

  • Badge image – Loaded from teammate badge data.
  • Achievement display – Part of Teams gamification (badges/streaks).
  • Profile decoration – Shown on the member card for recognition.

Streak

What is Streak?

Streak shows how many consecutive days the teammate has maintained an activity streak.

How to navigate

Using Streak

  1. Open Member Detail.
  2. Read the streak day count in the circular streak widget.
  3. Use it to track consistency and motivation.

Features include

  • Streak day count – Number of streak days.
  • “Days” label – Clarifies the streak unit.
  • Visual streak ring – Gradient circle display on the profile card.

Sales Goal

What is Sales Goal?

Sales Goal shows the teammate’s progress toward a sales target on Member Detail.

How to navigate

Member Detail → Sales Goal meter on profile card

Using Sales Goal

  1. Open Member Detail.
  2. View the circular progress ring and percentage.
  3. Read the target value shown below the ring (for example dollar target).

Features include

  • Progress ring – Circular meter with % of goal complete.
  • Target value – Goal amount/points label under the ring.
  • Sales Goal title – Labeled “Sales Goal” on the card.
  • Performance snapshot – Quick view of rep goal attainment.

Call member

What is Call member?

Call member dials the teammate’s phone number from Member Detail using the device dialer.

How to navigate

Member Detail → Call button (right side of profile card)

Using Call member

  1. Open Member Detail for another teammate (not your own profile).
  2. Tap Call.
  3. Complete the call in the phone dialer.
  4. If no number exists, CallProof shows “Contact number not available.”

Features include

  • Call button – Quick dial action on the profile card.
  • Native dialer – Opens phone call flow.
  • Hidden on own profile – You cannot call yourself from Member Detail.
  • Phone required – Needs a valid teammate phone number.

Message member

What is Message member?

Message member sends an SMS to the teammate from Member Detail.

How to navigate

Using Message member

  1. Open Member Detail for another teammate.
  2. Tap Message.
  3. Compose SMS in the device message composer.
  4. If AI is enabled, CallProof may open CallProof AI SMS assistance first.
  5. Send when ready.

Features include

  • Message button – SMS shortcut on profile card.
  • Device SMS composer – Standard text message flow.
  • AI SMS help – Optional AI draft assistance when enabled.
  • Hidden on own profile – Not shown for your own user.
  • Phone required – Needs a valid teammate phone number.

Video message

What is Video message?

Video message opens async video messaging with the teammate from Member Detail.

How to navigate

Member Detail → Video button (Requires video messaging enabled for your organization.)

Using Video message

  1. Open Member Detail for another teammate.
  2. Tap Video.
  3. If video is enabled, open the video room and record/send a message.
  4. If no room exists yet, CallProof creates one first.
  5. Unread badge shows pending video messages when count > 0.
  6. If video is not enabled, CallProof may prompt for upgrade/beta access.

Features include

  • Video button – Async video messaging entry point.
  • Unread count badge – Red badge when unread videos exist.
  • Create video room – Auto-creates room if none exists.
  • Camera access – Prompts for camera permission before recording.
  • Upgrade prompt – Shown when video messaging is not enabled.
  • Hidden on own profile – Not shown for your own user.

Date Range filter

What is Date Range filter?

Date Range filter controls which time period the Activity stats on Member Detail reflect.

How to navigate

Member Detail → Date Range picker below profile card

Using Date Range filter

  1. Open Member Detail.
  2. Tap the Date Range dropdown.
  3. Choose Today, Weekly, Monthly, or Custom Date.
  4. For Custom Date, enter Start Date and End Date, then tap Submit.
  5. Activity stats refresh for the selected range.

Features include

  • Today – Stats for the current day.
  • Weekly – Stats for the current week.
  • Monthly – Stats for the current month.
  • Custom Date – Pick start and end dates with date pickers.
  • Submit validation – Requires valid dates; start cannot be after end.
  • Auto refresh – Reloads member stats after selection.

Activity stats

What are Activity stats?

Activity stats are the hexagon metric cards on Member Detail showing teammate performance for the selected Date Range filter.

How to navigate

Member Detail → swipe horizontal stats carousel (below Date Range)

Using Activity stats

  1. Open Member Detail.
  2. Set the date range you want to review.
  3. Swipe through the hexagon cards.
  4. Read counts/values for each metric.

Opportunities stat

What is Opportunities stat?

Shows the teammate’s opportunity derived value for the selected date range on Member Detail.

How to navigate

Member DetailActivity stats → Opportunities card

Features include

  • Derived value – Dollar value display (for example $5000).
  • Highlighted card – Styled with theme color for emphasis.
  • Date-range based – Updates when Date Range changes.

Outbound Calls stat

What is Outbound Calls stat?

Shows how many outbound calls the teammate logged in the selected period.

How to navigate

Features include

  • Call count – Total outbound calls.
  • Performance tracking – Helps managers review calling activity.

Past Due Follow-Ups stat

What is Past Due Follow-Ups stat?

Shows how many follow-ups are past due for the teammate in the selected period.

  • Past due count – Number of overdue follow-ups.
  • Coaching signal – Helps identify reps needing follow-up attention.

Total Events stat

What is Total Events stat?

Shows total events logged by the teammate for the selected date range.
