Most of the main customizations available in Callproof are accessed here. This contacts most of the user defined items like Contact Types, Custom Fields, and Points.

Site Settings

• Event Forms (New Web) - Create and manage custom forms for visits, calls, and other business activities. Event Forms can capture checklists, scores, notes, send email notifications, and create follow-up tasks. Example: A Closed Deal form completed by sales representatives after closing an opportunity.

• Custom Fields (New Web) - User defined fields added to contact records. These appear on all contact records and can be used in searches.

• Contact Types (New Web) - User defined contact types used within their company. These can be used to organize and search contacts.

• Titles (New Web) - User defined titles for employees within your company.

• Markets (New Web) - User defined markets.

• Role (New Web) - Lets managers define role labels (for example Manager, Buyer, Decision Maker) used on people/personnel under Accounts when People Tab is on, and for Role filters on Contacts/Accounts search.

• Regions (New Web) - Lets a company define geographic territories (by state, city, county, and zip codes) and assign reps to those territories so account/contact lists and related features can be scoped by region.
