The Sales Tab is used to add Opportunities and view the company funnel. This can be customized to meet company needs.
Contents
Events (New Web)
Lists company activity events in a filterable timeline (calls, check-ins, and other event types from the event feed). Supports search and CSV export. Login required. Managers and market managers can filter by users and markets. Users with Just My Events see a limited user filter. Example: Manager reviews yesterday’s check-ins and calls by rep and market. Key filters: event type, max results, markets, users, include inactive users. Related: feeds Custom and Manual report event sections; exports can appear in My Exports.

Key filters: start/end date, sort, users, inactive users, appointment type. Task & Follow-Ups. Page title: Tasks. Task and follow-up list with types, priorities, and stages. Users can complete and reassign tasks. There is also a task board at /followups/funnel/. Supports export and scheduled exports. Managing task types and stages is manager-oriented. Example: Rep works today’s open follow-ups; manager exports overdue tasks. Key filters: date range, users, task types, priority, sort. Related: Appointments may show follow-up links; task notes can appear in Notes; exports go to My Exports.

My Exports. Page heading: Exports. Hub for finished and in-progress background exports from across the app, such as contacts, notes, appointments, follow-ups, events, and manager reports. Per-user detail is available under the user export list. Login required. Managers may see market-scoped users; reps typically see their own exports. Example: Download the CSV after a Notes or Appointments export finishes. Key options: search exports on the list page. Related: destination for Export and Schedule actions from most Reports items.

Scheduled weekly or monthly configurable company reports. Can include events, recorded calls, event-form fields and aggregations, markets, rep assignments, next-week follow-ups, past appointments, and email recipients. These are the non-manual scheduled reports. Login required. Company-scoped. Archive toggle and name sorting are available. Example: Weekly emailed rollup of selected event types and form metrics to managers. Key options: schedule and days, events to include, recorded calls, event forms, by market, rep assigns, next-week follow-ups, past appointments, recipients. Related: same report system as Manual Reports, but on a recurring schedule; output often via email or export pipeline into My Exports.

Manual Reports (New web)
Same report builder as Custom Reports, but for one-off runs with an explicit start and end date instead of a weekly or monthly schedule. Login required. Example: Run a Q3 report for a fixed date range without changing a weekly schedule. Key options: required start and end dates, plus the same event, call, event-form, market, and rep options as Custom Reports. Related: shares models and UI with Custom Reports; some breadcrumbs may say Custom Reports while pointing at the manual report path.

Ranking (New web)
Current Rankings. Gamification leaderboard by rank group and period type such as day or week. Shows points, position, and trend. Managers can see all rank groups; reps see groups they belong to. Related group and graph screens exist under /rank/groups/ and /rank/graph/. Example: View weekly contest standings and trends for a sales group. Key filters: rank group, rank type. Related: points, badges, and event points. Not the same as the dashboard Funnel leaderboard at /funnel/leaderboard/.
